Process
From initial contact to delivery of the final product, there are five steps that make up the process we use to ensure a high level of professionalism and quality for the work you will utilize to promote your business.

1. The Analysis
One of our team members will take the time to learn about you, your company and your project, and they will collect the information needed in order to prepare a quote based on your needs and requirements. Your quote will then come in the form of a proposal that will define the scope of the work and timetable, as well as the total fee and payment arrangements.
As you review the proposal that has been written specifically for your project, you may have questions. We will be more then happy to answer any question you have to ensure you are able to make an informed decision that is best for your business.
Based on your review of the proposal and what you have seen for yourself in regards to the professionalism and quality of the work we do, we will await your decision to move forward.
If you accept the proposal, we will collect a deposit from you and then begin work. If you decide not to accept the proposal, or you would rather explore your options, know that when you are ready, we will be here to provide you with the professional services your business deserves.
2. Design Development
During this phase, we will develop a unique and professional design for you based on the requirements outlined in the proposal. When ready, you will receive an email with a design we feel meets your vision.
If desired, and upon request, additional designs can be prepared for your review. Once you've selected the desired design, we can make minor changes to it to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product.
Note: For Web Development, designs submitted for approval will not be a working website, but rather, an image of how your website would look if that design is selected.
3. Content Implementation
Once you have selected and approved the final design, we will do the following:
For Web Development projects, we will create your website's pages based on the chosen design and start populating them with the content provided by you. If you have a database-driven or administrative tool as part of your website, we will also develop it at this time, as well as any other features, such as flash animation, photo galleries, slideshows, video, etc. Once completed and ready for final review, we will send you a link to your working web site, which will be hosted on our servers.
For Printing & Design projects, we will start implementing the content provided by you into the chosen design. Once completed, we will send you a PDF file for your final review.
4. Final Review
Once you receive our work in its final format, you will have as much time as you feel you need to review it and provide us with any minor changes required to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product.
Once these changes have been made, and you have given final approval, we will be ready to deliver the completed product.
5. Delivery
Prior to delivery of the completed work, final payment will need to be made based on the payment agreement outlined in the proposal.
For Web Development projects, your domain name (website address) and web hosting will be prepared to receive your new website. In cases where we are replacing an existing website, we will make a backup of it prior to replacing it. Once everything is prepared, the new website will go live.
For Printing & Design projects, the completed design will be emailed to you in the formats outlined in the proposal. If we are also handling your printing, the presses will now roll, and the product will be shipped.
